Just two days ago, we increased leverage on BTC, XYZ100, and the S&P500 to 10x, the highest tier we’ve ever offered. SOL and HYPE picked up higher leverage and bigger position caps of their own.

We weren’t done. Today we’re increasing leverage and/or position limits on another 30+ markets on Breakout including BNB, XRP, LINK, WLD, ZEC, LTC, and more.

Here are some of the biggest moves:

New leverage and position limits on some of Breakout’s biggest markets

All of the following increased from 2x leverage, including:

  • BNB: 5x leverage, $400,000 max position (up from $200,000)
  • XRP: 5x leverage, $300,000 max position (up from $150,000)
  • LINK: 5x leverage, $200,000 max position (up from $100,000)
  • LTC: 5x leverage, $200,000 max position (up from $100,000)
  • AAVE: 5x leverage, $150,000 max position (up from $100,000)
  • AVAX: 5x leverage, $200,000 max position (up from $100,000)
  • DOGE: 5x leverage, $200,000 max position (up from $100,000)
  • ONDO: now 3x leverage, $150,000 max position (up from $100,000)
  • TRX: now 5x leverage, $200,000 max position (up from $150,000)
  • ASTER: now 5x leverage

That’s just some of the markets moving on Friday. Several more get new leverage, a new position cap, or both, across the rest of the list.

Where to check every number

More leverage, same rules

Breakout’s daily loss limits, max drawdown, and on-demand payouts are exactly where they were before these changes.

Leverage is still auto-applied per market as it always has been: no manual settings to change it yourself.

Keep in mind: more room on a position is just that: room, not necessarily a target. Your loss limits didn’t move with any of this, so size to those, not to the new ceiling, and carefully consider your positions.

Common questions

Which markets are changing on August 14?

Dozens of markets including BNB, XRP, LINK, LTC, and more. The full symbol list has the complete, up-to-date picture for every market on Breakout.

Do I need to do anything to get the new numbers?

No. Every change is applied automatically, on evaluation and funded accounts, the moment it goes live. There’s nothing to opt into and no new account needed.

Did my daily loss limit or max drawdown change?

No. Those limits are untouched, on every market, the same as they were after the 10x leverage increase earlier this week. The guide to equity limits covers the mechanics if you want them before you resize a position.

Where can I check the exact current number for a specific market?

The full symbol list is the live source of truth for every market on Breakout. Check it for the current leverage and maximum position size on whatever you trade.

Are these numbers fixed from now on?

No. Leverage and position caps are reviewed against how each market is actually trading rather than set once and left alone, so the numbers here can move again as conditions change. The full symbol list always carries what’s live right now.

Shipping two rounds of limit changes in one week is not something we do lightly, and it won’t be the last time these numbers move. If you’re new to Breakout, start with how funded trading works, then buy an evaluation when you’re ready.

Breakout's evaluation program is intentionally rigorous and designed to verify a trader's risk-management skill and strategy discipline before any proprietary capital is allocated by Payward Oceanic Ltd. Most applicants do not pass on their first attempt and there is no guarantee that your performance will improve or that you will pass any future evaluations. Prospective traders should purchase an evaluation only if they are confident in their trading ability and knowingly accept the risk of not qualifying for a funded account. Evaluation fees are non-refundable for each attempt once trading begins, regardless of outcome. See breakoutprop.com for more disclosures.
