Section 1 0:23

Support & Resistance

What you'll learn: How to mark horizontal and diagonal levels by eye, why higher time frames matter more, and the SR-flip that turns lost support into new resistance.

Key Moments
Core Concepts
Critical Takeaways
  • Mark levels visually. If you have to squint, the level isn't real.
  • Higher time frame levels matter more. A daily level beats a 15-min level.
  • The SR flip is the workhorse. Lost support = new resistance. Reclaimed resistance = new support.
  • Diagonal lines work too. Same logic, different angle.

Liquidity

What you'll learn: Why every swing high has buy stops above it and every swing low has sell stops below it - and how price hunts those levels before the real move.

Key Moments
Core Concepts
Critical Takeaways
  • Liquidity = orders. They cluster at obvious levels. Old highs, old lows, round numbers.
  • Price hunts liquidity before it makes the real move. The run is the trap.
  • Reading liquidity tells you where price wants to go next.
03
Section 3 13:14

Order Blocks

What you'll learn: The cleanest entry POI in price action - and the simple test for whether a candle qualifies as one.

Key Moments
Core Concepts
Critical Takeaways
  • OBs only work after a confirmed market structure break. No break = not an OB.
  • Trade the retest with a stop on the far side of the candle.
  • Add confluence (S/R, liquidity, HTF bias) to filter the better OBs from the noise.
04
Section 4 20:00

Breakers

What you'll learn: The failed-OB setup that turns a wrong-way trade into a high-conviction reversal in the opposite direction.

Key Moments
Critical Takeaways
  • A breaker is an OB that failed and flipped. Same level, opposite role.
  • Breakers cluster around change-of-character moves. They tell you the trend's over.
  • Trade the retest. Stop on the far side. Same mechanics as an OB, opposite direction.
05
Section 5 25:24

Fair Value Gaps

What you'll learn: The three-candle gap pattern that acts as a magnet for price - both as an entry zone and as a target.

Key Moments
Critical Takeaways
  • Three candles, no overlap. The body of the middle candle is the gap.
  • FVGs tend to get filled. Treat them as magnets.
  • Use them as entries on the retrace, or as targets when you're already in.

Section 6 29:40

Multi-Timeframe Analysis

What you'll learn: The top-down workflow that stacks weekly bias, daily zones, and intraday triggers into one trade idea.

Key Moments
Critical Takeaways
  • Top down. Weekly first, then daily, then your execution time frame.
  • A 4H OB inside a daily OB inside weekly support is the highest-confluence setup.
  • More time frames aligned = bigger expected reaction. Singles produce small moves. Stacks produce big ones.
Practical Tip

Colour-code your levels by time frame. Weekly OBs in one colour, daily in another, 4H in a third. When all three line up in the same zone, the chart tells you visually.

Putting It All Together

Your Price-Action Workflow

Top down. Confluence first. Execution second.

1

Set HTF bias

Weekly first, then daily. Bullish, bearish, or ranging.

2

Mark S/R levels

Visual horizontal levels. The ones price actually reacted to.

3

Find liquidity

Old highs and lows where stops sit. Buy-side above, sell-side below.

4

Mark POIs

OBs after structure breaks. FVGs in impulsive legs. Breakers where OBs failed.

5

Drop to LTF

Find a smaller POI inside the bigger one. Tighter entry, same trade.

6

Wait for the trigger

The retest with confluence stacked. Don't chase.
